Platform manager


StoreBoost are looking for a junior platform manager with a technical background and an interest in data. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a small company that is rapidly growing. We are a real-time marketing specialist that builds digital products to deliver dynamic advertising across outdoor and mobile channels. We are currently focused on the retail sector providing proximity advertising for retailers and brands such as Lego, Samsung and Three.





The platform account manager role is an important role ensuring that the StoreBoost platform delivers a reliable and supported service to clients and partners. This includes platform support and campaign support primarily focused on our Digital Doorman product that provides data for the StoreBoost platform. You must have an attention to detail with a willingness to learn, work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills. A technical background is preferred with a knowledge of mathematics and statistical approaches to data.


1. Responsible for management of our Digital Doorman sensor estate


  • Responsible for new Digital Doorman sensors build including component ordering / set-up

  • Responsible for sensors installation in partner spaces / client spaces

  • Ongoing management and support of footfall sensors in partner spaces / client spaces

Collaborating with our product team in defining platform improvements

  • Helping to test new platform releases 


2. Responsibility for footfall data used in StoreBoost advertising campaigns


  • Involvement in initial campaign/project conversations and scoping of campaign requirements

  • Installing and calibrating sensors in venues/spaces for campaigns

  • Ongoing data monitoring and trouble-shooting issues with technology team during campaigns


3. Collaborating with the product team to produce insights from data


  • Analysing data from the Digital Doorman estate

  • Combining and analysing other data sets within the StoreBoost platform

  • Creating data trend reports

  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and new opportunities
